American Found Dead (AFN Tijuana, 11/12/12)

ENSENADA, BC - Last night Arturo Galcerán Perú, 65, was killed inside his house. He was a native of the United States who resided in the third section of the Ejido Esteban Cantu in this municipality.

There are no detainees and no motive is known for this murder. The body of the deceased had multiple gun and stab wounds. Galceran Peru was found lifeless in his room and there were no signs of forced entry to his home nor were any belongings missing at a glance, officials reported.

A person close to the sexagenarian found him dead at 3:45 p.m. yesterday. They realized that the main gate was not closed and that caught his attention. For that reason he began to shout the name of the victim without a response. He decided to enter and walk around the house when he found the corpse in one of the bedrooms.

As reported to the police, Galceran Peru was engaged in performing electrical work. In addition to his house in this ejido, he also had a home in United States. The deceased came alone to Ensenada sporadically, although in the neighboring country resided his three sons. He had not been seen since 15 days ago and it was not known when he had come back.

After reporting the finding to the center of Control, command, communication and computation (C-4), the scene was attended to by officers of the Municipal police attached to the delegation of Maneadero to protect the scene of the crime.

Elements of the State Ministerial police, the agent of the public prosecutor's Office, staff of the Directorate of forensic services and the forensic medical service also arrived. The justice zone Ensenada Attorney, announced that he will reveal the details of this murder once the autopsy of law is carried out. http://www.afntijuana.info/seguridad/14096_hallan_muerto_a_estadounidense_en_ensenada
