Tijuana, BC - The way in which a minor behaved with school classmates led a teacher to ask for the support of municipal police to ensure a child was not a victim of sexual abuse. According to the written report of the agents who attended to the call on Friday afternoon at a primary school in the El florido 1ra sección colony, the child is six years old.
Agents said the minor accused her cousin Ilse Viviana Rosa Zambrano, 19, and her boyfriend. Information indicated, "At night she meets her boyfriend and they have sexual relationships forcing her to participate in the act indicating she touched the genitals both of the cousin and the boyfriend", reported the official.
They added that they also met with the young male defendant who is also a minor, and he said to ignore the situation saying he has no girlfriend.
