TIJUANA, BC - Due to the suspension of the drinking water supply in Tijuana and Rosarito, the State system of education determined it necessary to suspend classes at schools from pre-school and primary sites without water storage sources in order to avoid health risks among the student population.
It is estimated that of a population of around 253,000, 37,000 students from public schools will not have classes. In the case of secondary schools, there will only be classes in the morning.

TIJUANA, BC - Pablo Torres Monroy, 46, is already is in prison charged with the offense of incest. The victim is currently 15 years-old. The Attorney of Justice in Tijuana reported that State agents of the police Ministerial stopped him last weekend at the request of the tenth criminal court.
