Molestation Arrest (Tijuana Press, 11/4/12 - PGJE News Release)
TIJUANA, BC, - The Attorney of Tijuana, through an apprehensions by a State Ministerial police unit arrested José Rosario Castro Verduzco, 33, from Los Mochis, Sinaloa, for an warrant of arrest for the crime of an improper sexual violation. The order was issued by the seventh criminal court and once duly completed by ministerial officials, the subject was interned at the State Penitentiary in Tijuana's La Mesa.
The events were related to have taken place on March 16 2007, when José Rosario allegedly sexually abused the child, whenever the mother of the five-year-old went to work and left him alone with the girl. On that date, after 10 minutes she returned to the House, and was surprised see José Rosario Castro, looking drunk and drugged. Immediately, she went to the room where the girl was found completely naked, so the girl told of the abuse suffered at the hands of the accused.
She immediately went to the public prosecutor's Office, who began investigations for the offense of improper violation. In addition, the medical and psychological exams performed on the minor determined the girl presented characteristics corresponding to victimization of sexual abuse, since she presented with rejection and fear towards the aggressor. There are also "sexualized behaviors that do not correspond to her cognitive level".
Once recorded, an arrest warrant against José Rosario Castro Verduzco was filled by ministerial officials. Playas de Rosarito, BC - According to Municipal public security of Rosarito, they have received information about young man possibly lost in Ensenada during the last few hours. According to authorities of the fifth municipality, they have received two reports, which say a man with features similar to José Abraham Delgado was seen apparently wearing a wig, walking in the center of Ensenada on the Av. Ruiz, between first and second streets.
The municipal unit announced in a statement that search operations are continuing and have ensured they will maintain close communication with the family of the young man.
