They sell to Sue Bee, which takes their product, filters it, pasteurizes it and sells it packaged in the form of little bears. Cute, but useless.
Filtering and pasteurization removes the compounds which make local, raw, honey valuable as a food product.
I am stubborn.
Next, I called the local Bee Keepers Association, and struck out once again.
I need your help. Where can I find local, raw, honey?
I'm itching, I'm scratching, I'm sniffing.
