Has anyone seen this guy on the news that got his arm caught in a tractor and cut if off with a pocket knife when it caught fire?
Before him, there was a guy rock climbing a few years back that did the same thing when a boulder rolled over his arm. He then had to climb down the mountain and get help.
And, years before him, there was the guy (another tractor...I'd stay away from those things!) that lost both his arms in it. He went inside and called 911.
The news never told how he called 911. Did he use his feet? Did he bend down and use his nose? I dunno.
What I do know, is that I would've curled up in a ball and cried (and bled to death).
I remember my stepdad giving me my first pocket knife. We had all flown back to his hometown in New Jersey, and this older kid was going to sell me his old knife. He went on and on about how I was too young. But he finally let me have it. He showed me how to safely widdle wood.
I never stabbed anyone with it (although David across the street came close).
I never lost an eye.
Little did I know....I could lose an arm with it!
