Film synopsis from the Museum website: "This hilarious film is based on a true story. Nello is a trade unionist in Milan whose ideas are ahead of his time. Because of his reputation as a troublemaker, he is dismissed and is sent to run a cooperative of over-medicated, under-stimulated mentally ill patients - with the goal of building a creative and profitable business.
