Happy Spring forward!. I remember this change at the Sun Cafe every year. We would change the clock just before closing and Mable would look-up and say, why are we still open?. Than she would look back and say, oh we are going to Spring forward again and we would just laugh. If Judy was working she would just smile and say it will be another short night, as we worked on Sundays too. So Happy Spring forward " As the Sun Cafe goes on " .

Leeann Chin founder of Leeann Chin Inc. died March 10. When I read this I cryed, it was as if I felt her spirit. I worked in one of her restaurants in the Old St. Paul train station depot as a day labor for a few weeks when I was in St. Paul. She should have lived at least another 30 years. I hope we meet in the next life as she was a good women too.
