Theory of Bicameral Congress Wiki: "Recognizable bicameral institutions first arose in Medieval Europe where it was associated with separate representation of different estates of the realm. For example, one house would represent the aristocracy, and the other would represent the commoners."— April 18, 2016 10:36 a.m.

ImJustABill - I really love your thoughtfulness. My initial reaction is that we might be able to change policy and law with new leadership but fearful frustrated minds is harder. I think a point Don has made is that we have already accepted laws applied to us as in a caste system.— April 17, 2016 12:02 p.m.

On ABC this week Benie said we need a revolution in campaign finance and take on big special interests. He didn't say how. Privately owned multinational corporations dominate policy concerning crucial issues of wealth and income protection. A tyrannical oligarchy relies on public obedience.— April 17, 2016 9:30 a.m.

Can't find it Google searching now but yesterday some or other news said much is still being spent on new tanks and thousands are sitting in a lot in some United State. I looked up OWS and an article referred to a governor who had requested a tank to confront occupiers. The senator who was questioned about the tank reserves explained it away saying it was cheaper to keep making them than to shut down the plant and reopen if needed later. Seems shady scared now.— April 16, 2016 3:24 p.m.

Also, In 2015 former President Jimmy Carter stated the United States is now "an oligarchy with unlimited political bribery" due to the Citizens United ruling which effectively removed limits on donations to political candidates. Don - gotta watch what you say, again bleeped.— April 16, 2016 11:54 a.m.

On movie channel this AM, Spartacus (tale of a roman slave uprising). So I go to Wiki - Oligarchy where there's lotsa, like In 2010 Bernie Sanders stated "upper-crust of extremely wealthy families are hell-bent on destroying the democratic vision of a strong middle class. In it's place they are determined to create an oligarchy in which a small number of families control the economic and political life of our country". Can bernie cause a revolution? Kids say yes.— April 16, 2016 11:23 a.m.

Yeah, whatever you say, Jerry Sanders
Don - Sanders and Silvergate Bank VP Dino D'Auria were just on KUSI news explaining in a sincere/shady manipulative lie way, how their plan will bring necessary jobs.— April 11, 2016 6:21 p.m.
