Answer - they are only loud when some dumbass is at the door or our back fence. They're in most of the time and always at night. These kids throw stuff in my backyard, tease and make dogs bark intentionally, swarm the street screaming. A few weeks ago on two consecutive days, a man knocked on my door wearing a shirt logo, selling. One windows, the next day solar. It was on a newborhood watch social media that lots of people were being visited and one guy was attempting to charm his way into homes.
