Love is Blind (and so is Linda)

Aguirre To Announce Wednesday That He Will Run for Second Term
Scott Peters sucks. I'm not going to dignify his uselessness in some idatribe on here. He's a millionaire by marriage and is a clueless politician. A puppet. Term limits are there for a reason, it's tme for this old horse to go back into private practice or Mr. Mom. No more public office for Peters.— March 3, 2008 9:40 p.m.
Union-Tribune Lays Off 27, Says 18 More Will Go
New York Times is cutting 100 news desk jobs (by attrition and buyouts)— March 3, 2008 4:01 p.m.
The Wasp

We've Got No Principles
It's big deal. And that kid that libled the principal is going to be going to a community college because no university is going to admit him.— March 1, 2008 12:05 p.m.
San Diego Unemployment Rises to 5.1 Percent in January; County Loses 26,200 Jobs
It's higher than that. I know people who are not working (not disabled or retired) whose unemployment has simply run out. They are getting by from parents and savings. They're not being counted. Tons of self-employed and commission only people are on the bricks too from the housing/construction/mortgage bust.— March 1, 2008 11:58 a.m.
Union-Tribune Warns Union of 40 Percent Wage Slash, Healthcare Cuts; Teamsters To Resume Campaign To Cut Paper's Circulation
response to Don: A divorce or even an annulment would have no effect on who's name is on the birth certificate. Potter's story did not address the issue of whether David was legally adopted by Jim Copley or whether that story was a fabrication ... I don't think anyone has ever looked into this issue before.— February 29, 2008 2:27 p.m.
The Rise and Fall of the Copley Press
Gee what a surprise! A let's bash the Copleys story from the industrious and gregarious Matt Potter. What will he write about when the newspaper folds?— February 29, 2008 9:27 a.m.
Union-Tribune Warns Union of 40 Percent Wage Slash, Healthcare Cuts; Teamsters To Resume Campaign To Cut Paper's Circulation
How did Jim Copley manage to "adopt" David when the boy already had a father? Did David's birth father die or somehow relinquish his parental rights? Or was the adoption merely a name change or perhaps even a fabrication?— February 28, 2008 1:19 p.m.
Bus tour of San Diego repo properties
Nothing new about using a bus to tour real estate listing... Vince Bartolone used a bus back in the 70's to show agents: http://www.powerforsuccess.com/brokrbus.htm— February 28, 2008 9:22 a.m.
