Hey there, I'm Roman. Welcome to my page. Here's a bit about me for those of you who'd like to know. I'm an El Salvador native, grew up in Boston and moved to San Diego in '03. I started taking pictures in an experimental quest to give a different look to the reality around me. Back in the day, most of my pictures were out of focus close-ups, but I have progressed since then and continue to develop my skills. It wasn't until long ago that I switched to digital and started shooting raw. I like the look and feel of digital; however, there's a lot to be said about an exposure developed by a photographer's own hands. I enjoy shooting landscapes, sunsets, sporting action... and my most recent passion is night photography. I see a world full of unnoticed works of art. My aim is to show the beauty in the simple things of life and inspire a new appreciation for different forms of expression.
