Peregrine and Prey
I went out looking for Hawks in the Ramona CA Hawk Watch area. Instead I got my first great view of a Falcon. I watched this one pick up his prey, land on a power pole, and then slowly pull it apart as he ate. This bird was very patient with me, but was constantly moving his head and looking around while he ate.
