This is a Rosicrucian star cross, the emblem of the Rosicrucian Order of the Rose Cross, on the grounds of the Rosicrucian Fellowship in Oceanside. This particular emblem is made with what look to be circus marquee lights and was most likely constructed in the 1960's, when many changes and additions were made to the property.
