Bronze Statue of Port Commissioner Mike Bixler . Original Statue was supposed to be a surfer, but at Bixler's request a bronze statue was produced of Mike on a horse. City Council minute confirm, Bixler said,"I think we should have a statue of me on a horse for one of the street ends."
