Enough nepotism and cronyism
Cheryl has done her bit now it is time to retire. She has failed to honor many of her promises and the glut of condos out east is just one of them. What about the college what happened to that. That automatic call may have been the torpedo that is going to sink Kevin's ship. I want fresh blood running the school districts Cheryl and Kevin may have a plan to put her in charge but that plan isn't going to work.— October 21, 2014 6:02 p.m.
McCann's plan a sham?
Eastlaker flier has a picture of John and his family with mud thrown all over them. Been around a long time never seen anything like this. Bunch of us had a conversation this morning two guys just changed their vote. Pretty bad when a father drags his kids into a mess.— October 20, 2014 1:54 p.m.
McCann's plan a sham?
Today I was given a flier that shows John's family with mudd on them. What father brings his kids into politics. He is known as selfish but this one beats all. He not fit for office this proves it. Why would any man allow his children's faces to be shown. Child cruelty.— October 19, 2014 11:06 p.m.
McCann's plan a sham?
John is beginning to crack. Hats off to those telling the voters the truth about him. The last thing this city needs is him.— October 19, 2014 8:03 a.m.
McCann's plan a sham?
Annie Veterans do not brag they serve in silence. John likes to tell everybody around here that he went to Iraq. Gotta say he must know he is the laughing stock but the guy just doesn't get it. I think some of you are right he has been telling the same old lies for so long that he believes them.— October 16, 2014 5:01 p.m.
McCann's plan a sham?
John is still trying to be somebody. There has never been a gimmick he has not latched onto. Like the blogger once said he is the little man that can't.— October 14, 2014 7:48 p.m.
Sweetwater board candidate stumps on civility
jerrythomas I am quite familiar with the term and while many will probably agree with you I think McCann fits the bill more than Jim. Jim is very smart and very calculating. Both need to get out of politics as neither one of them has done did-dally squat.— September 25, 2014 10:39 p.m.
Sweetwater board candidate stumps on civility
Jim's release of the audio was a big blunder. Mrs. Adato is liked and thought well of by many people. Looks like he was trying for some payback for her being part of the group that started this criminal ball rolling. Guess he forgot that sermon in the Bible about vengeance that he preaches to the youth about. He should have left politics when he pleaded guilty.— September 25, 2014 5:53 p.m.
These are the monsters, Mayor Cox
Oskidoll the big hullabaloo of SBCS was like a whose who of out of date politicians. Will tell you the SouthBay folks are not happy with the negative attention and questions being raised. O'Neill and Cox been friends since we were in high school together. He is descent fellow but could see him obliging her with the job.— September 22, 2014 2:12 p.m.
These are the monsters, Mayor Cox
The mayor is on her way out and really could care less what anybody thinks about her bad decisions. She has a reputation for being heavy handed against anyone who disagrees with her. She has ridiculed more than one speaker at meetings. Her eye is now on being superintendent of the Sweetwater board and is endorsing those in the community that she believes will make that happen O'Neill for one. Feel bad for all those folks who bought homes out there they surely did not get what they were promised.— September 19, 2014 6:56 p.m.
