Martin Chitwood is a prominent securities litigator in the U.S. He has been involved in some of the largest securities cases in the country, including the Bank of America securities litigation in the Eastern District of Missouri and the Oxford Health securities litigation in the Southern District of New York. He also wrote the story for and co-produced the 1989 CBS television movie Unconquered, which depicts the life of civil rights lawyer Richmond Flowers Sr.
Martin Chitwood has also raised money for brain cancer research by rappelling down the sides of buildings in association with the Over the Edge for Brain Cancer San Diego event. He’s currently retired and living in La Jolla, CA where he writes regularly for Scrubs Magazine.
