The Anti-Sonic Burger
Anyone remember a burger joint called "The Gulch" by SDSU? That was many years ago. They had the best burgers....— November 8, 2009 9:32 p.m.
Terror Twilight
My great uncle actually died of a fall from a ladder. The subject has been brought up at countless family dinners, ever since I was a kid. So I don't blame you for fearing ladders. I don't like them either.— October 21, 2009 7:10 p.m.
Driving Me Crazy
It was the alternator....oh how I love sinking even more money into that car...not!— October 19, 2009 9:23 p.m.
A Man Can't Just Sit Around
I have to admit, I've been fascinated by the whole balloon boy story ever since it came out. I sensed it was a hoax from the very first interview with the entire family...the dad comes across as a very unstable man, if you ask me. I remember that Larry Walters story too. I didn't know the details, though. Poor guy.— October 18, 2009 8:49 a.m.
Driving Me Crazy
I know...I think things have changed a lot in the last 20 years, too. I used to drive an old "beater" in college that broke down about every other week. I never remember people getting so angry. I guess everyone's just alot more stressed out nowadays, and it comes out on the road...especially when you're blocking their way!— October 17, 2009 10:47 p.m.
Food for Thought
BTW, I'm glad to hear I can use the real names without getting anyone in trouble, but it was kind of fun using the psuedonyms. How about these...? Jayder Toes Windmeal Farms Food for Lace and last but not least... Alibertosons— October 14, 2009 9:28 p.m.
Food for Thought
Thanks for the link, Pete! I bet the next time I'm there that little video will pop into my head and I'll probably burst out laughing and scare the little old lady in line behind me...haha— October 14, 2009 9:16 p.m.
Blessings--Coming to a Heart Near You
Thank you for sharing this...it sounds like Katie was one very special dog.— October 14, 2009 8:29 p.m.
Mental Cotton Candy
I agree, antigeekess, and although I am as patriotic as anyone could ever be, I think we can always learn from other cultures. Plus, it's just plain fun to see how other people live!— October 7, 2009 8:13 a.m.
Mental Cotton Candy
LOL...I may move back someday! Who knows?!— October 6, 2009 6:44 p.m.
