Hope You Like Jammin'
The sons-of-bitches did it to E Street also. The backup of cars is a nightmare and a joke. They need to remove those ramp signals as they're more trouble than they're worth.— September 15, 2009 2:52 p.m.
Summer Storm
Leave now, PistolPete. And I don't just mean leave this city, I mean leave the planet.— August 19, 2009 10:19 a.m.
Summer Storm
Yeah, PistolPete, like San Diego is the only city in the country with cast iron pipes. This is an old city. Things like this happen and you know what? The City stepped up quickly and helped us all out. Besides, even the newer iron pipes have a life expectancy. Wherever it is you live, you might go through the same experience some day. Here's hoping you get YOUR living room flooded. You deserve it.— August 17, 2009 9:30 p.m.
Escondido by Night
Brizz is the best writer the Reader has. Aside from the wit and honesty he puts into his stories, he also has quite a rich vocabulary; unexpected from a man who should have lost all his brain cells long ago to alcohol. I enjoy his stories, but I can also see how they might be an acquired taste for some.— June 12, 2009 2:47 p.m.
Our Own Little Slice of Paradise
Delightful little story. Short, sweet, and with nice descriptions. Count your blessings on having such good neighbors. Please write another story if you have the time.— June 9, 2009 1:42 p.m.
Off Broadway
Wow! Nicely done. Interesting story and well-written.— June 8, 2009 10:42 a.m.
Federal Defenders fights to stop courtroom shackles in San Diego
I liked the way you constructed the story. Made it all that more enjoyable. Well done!— June 6, 2009 11:31 p.m.
Zirk Ubu, a San Diego’s alternative circus troupe
Doesn't mention a couple performers' ages, one of which is Murrugun, who is 23 years older than Xylitol with which he is "affiliated romantically." Um, yeah.— May 20, 2009 4:07 p.m.
The Ambassador of Goodwill
Thank you. You're both very kind.— May 20, 2009 10:39 a.m.
