As motorists know that their license plates are visible to be documented, along with the cameras on the traffic lights. People DO ANYTHING so to not use PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION, in San Diego, as if using such was a crime; for decades. This PATTERN BE: BECAUSE San Diego human Society IS SO ISOLATED. THE CAR IS A FORM OF ISOLATION. CONCEALMENT. DISCRETION. ~THE ADDICTION OF IT.~ Employers, for decades, choose to not hire unless an applicant has a car or similar motor vehicle.
