Looks like the Union Tribune may be on to this story. Krvaric was asked to be interviewed for the "Hot Seat" he was sent the following questions about FAIRLIGHT and he said he would not answer the questions.
Here are the three questions he doesn't like:
1. The U.S. Department of Justice has indentified an organization known as FairLight as one of the leading pirates of computer software, games and DVDs in the world. A 2002 New York Times report said FairLight specialized in breaking safety codes of computer games. You use a FairLight.com address for one of your e-mails and have been identified in an Internet report as a founder of FairLight. What is your association with the group?
2. Is the Department of Justice wrong when it describes FairLight as being in some ways a criminal enterprise? Was it wrong, for example, to have successfully prosecuted Seth Kleinberg of Pasadena, a FairLight member, for piracy?
3. Others associated with organizations such as FairLight have described cracking computer codes as an intellectual challenge -- sort of a lark. The U.S. government, software makers and entertainment companies say such activities amount to multibillion-dollar theft. Do you think it is a lark or theft?
I wonder if the Union Tribune will report that he would answer the following quesstion?

I wonder what an investigation of Sudberry will uncover. He seems to be the one with the deep pockets. Here is a link to the story on Tony Krvaric. PS: He is the founder of Fairlight. I have an email that he sent to the central committee where he admits his involvement. http://rawstory.com/news/2008/San_Diego_GOP_chair… Tony Krvaric has even made his mark on wikipedia Tony Krvaric is STRIDER of FAIRLIGHT. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fairlight_(group)— July 9, 2008 9:36 p.m.

Pathetically Amateurish AG Report Puts SD Spotlight on Brown. And Maybe on His Wife, Too, a Board Member of Jack in the Box
I want to know how the police chief was able to circumvent the Sunroad search warrant by checking with Sanders before he carried out the court order. It gave Sunroad a chance to hide the evidence. Isn't that obstruction. Do all of Sanders contributors get that kind of service from the Mayor? Sanders is a crook. This is like checking out the mob connections to Waste Management. It is not a real healthy occupation. If Aguirre has the guts or the stupidity to go after these guys I wish him the best.— May 21, 2008 9:53 p.m.
