Will High Flying Birds Land in San Diego?
Dear oasisblues, Yes, I am a woman, and yes, I comment on my own stories when I need to clarify matters. When I got a tip about Noel Gallagher coming, I did not realize he was going to be coming around Coachella time, so I wanted to mention that. You are right about his not having a band. Gallagher himself has said his new group is more of a "collective." We can agree to disagree on the more talented brother. I would hope that you would act less like Liam and not bring offensive personal issues into musical arguments.

Will High Flying Birds Land in San Diego?
"91X is proud to present Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds Tues. April 17th - Balboa Theater. Tickets go on sale this Fri. Feb. 3rd at 10am through Ticketmaster." This appeared today on the 91X Facebook page, so I guess the Birds will be flying into San Diego for a quick gig (not in September) between Coachella sets. The Balboa Theater is an awesome place to catch a show. This ex-Oasis band is blowing mean brother Liam's "Beady Eyes" out of the water.

Carlsbad Attorney Admits Taking Clients’ Funds for Personal Use
What is even more shocking is that this professional thief actually worked for the D.A.'s office and was a personal friend of Bonnie Dumanis. That is why the embezzlement case against Gregory was so long in coming, but because the hapless victims made such a stink and it got out in the media, Bonnie's hand was forced against her shameful crony. I still do not think Patricia Gregory will do any time--I bet she ends up with a slap on the wrist.

The Many Faces of Bob Filner
I bet Bob will also be in the audience when the Dali Lama comes to town to pontificate in April. Now I think I know why Bob Filner decided to support the medical marijuana crowd last month in OB: "It makes me more relaxed, inspired and thoughtful.’ It brings you down to a level where you’re more in touch with yourself and the universe. It was incredible! The combination of the music, the colors, the dancing … the playfulness of everything, it was really marvelous!" Oh wait, that's the Shen Yun Performing Arts! If I took anything out of context here, it would probably only help Bob anyway.

Superior Buttercream at Cupcakes Squared
The most divine cupcakes in the whole world are here! Out of this world flavors in a square morsel of heavenly goodness! I bet you cannot eat just one! Worth going off your diet or cleanse for!

U.S. Virgin Islands: Domestic Caribbean
djlametzger is correct. I accidentally included a pic of the Azores with this story instead of the St. Thomas pic I intended to send. Somehow my hotmail was not loading the pics from my file. The shockwave plug-in kept crashing. I also stand corrected about the size of St. John. My bad. Still I must say that the American Virgins are a divine place to visit! Thank you for your understanding.

Angels & Airwaves @ Belly Up Feb. 1, Then World Arena Tour
Awesome band! BTW, their Belly-Up show is sold out.

The Rich Relationship of Sweetwater Union and Seville Group Inc.
@LaLucha I think you are right about McCann & Cartmill being protected. The Republican D.A. is cherry-picking defendants, as she always does. Or it could be the two white guys have decided to turncoat and rat out the Hispanics? I think I will never vote YES on another school bond measure, after I have now read all these stories about the shameless pandering for money by all these so-called "public servants." The only thing they serve is themselves!

On The Strip: Las Vegas, Nevada
I agree with Dominic. The Imperial Palace is tacky and old school but it is dirt cheap (I stayed there FREE for 3 days just for listening to a telemarketing pitch!) Besides, it's location on the strip is perfect! It is right there in the heart of all the action. Right across the street from Caesars Palace! The whole time I spent in Vegas with my son, we were on tours, boat rides, shopping, eating at all the cheap buffets. Who cares where you lay your head at night, exhausted from a fun day, as long as it's semi-decent, which the Imperial Palace is.

Eminem Goes to Coronado
Fake or not, I got my own rap. Check it out, Reader crackers! When that "suicide" went down in the rich part of town; I be asking who here is the real clown? Well that Sheriff Gore knows how to fake a hit, but only after getting his hands on a whole lotta greenback sh-t! Now Rebecca be lying in her grave and mad as hell about the lies; those dirty cops don't even care how her family cries. But there is a curse put on Coronado & bad karma is all around. If you like my rap tune, you got good taste in sounds!

I would hope that you would act less like Liam and not bring offensive personal issues into musical arguments.— January 30, 2012 6:12 p.m.
This ex-Oasis band is blowing mean brother Liam's "Beady Eyes" out of the water.— January 30, 2012 1:41 p.m.
I still do not think Patricia Gregory will do any time--I bet she ends up with a slap on the wrist.— January 26, 2012 6:02 p.m.
If I took anything out of context here, it would probably only help Bob anyway.— January 24, 2012 6:51 p.m.
Superior Buttercream at Cupcakes Squared
The most divine cupcakes in the whole world are here! Out of this world flavors in a square morsel of heavenly goodness! I bet you cannot eat just one! Worth going off your diet or cleanse for!— January 23, 2012 5:02 p.m.
Thank you for your understanding.— January 21, 2012 9:52 a.m.
Angels & Airwaves @ Belly Up Feb. 1, Then World Arena Tour
Awesome band! BTW, their Belly-Up show is sold out.— January 16, 2012 5:10 p.m.
I think I will never vote YES on another school bond measure, after I have now read all these stories about the shameless pandering for money by all these so-called "public servants." The only thing they serve is themselves!— January 8, 2012 8:02 a.m.
Who cares where you lay your head at night, exhausted from a fun day, as long as it's semi-decent, which the Imperial Palace is.— January 7, 2012 6:01 p.m.
If you like my rap tune, you got good taste in sounds!— January 5, 2012 11:37 a.m.
