Faulconer paid $4000 ethics penalty with campaign cash
Republican.......democrat.....don’t matter...you still end up with a politician.— September 21, 2019 6:08 p.m.
Mr. Oro’s and Zebra Knight’s rap battle collaboration
Just silly. Let’s not glorify a career choice in which 1/1000 actually make it to be somewhat successful. Kids focus on school, not this quasi ghetto pastime.— September 20, 2019 10:48 a.m.
South Bay’s most expensive, most mysterious property
I admit to not knowing what schadenfreude is.— September 17, 2019 8:53 p.m.
The Louisiana Purchase
Justice is for those who can afford it....and big developer money talks !— September 17, 2019 8:49 p.m.
The San Diego-San Ysidro trolley, late at night
Public transportation in San Diego county, while very available and in a sense adequate , is an absolute nightmare. The trolley in particular is dirty, reeks of sweat and other less mentionable fluids, and is regularly filled with the lowest denominator of humanity. No thanks.— September 14, 2019 12:23 p.m.
First the swap meet, now the Oceanside Marketplace to close
Out with the old (poor ) and in with the new (rich )......all in the name of community enriching ! ....it’s a sign of the times where money is valued more than people.— September 13, 2019 9:13 a.m.
No-name no-bid contract cost San Diego millions, city auditor charges
Sounds like this needs to be brought to the attention of the Attorney General.— September 13, 2019 12:06 a.m.
Maybe Coronado will become a beacon of tiny houses
Well said , especially the part about employers doing more for their numbers er workers. Unfortunately the socially hip agenda is cultural enrichment and equal opportunity, and those pushing that agenda won’t be happy until there are ghettos everywhere.— September 12, 2019 10:25 a.m.
Maybe Coronado will become a beacon of tiny houses
Those pushing cultural enrichment won’t be happy until there isn’t a nice area left . The fact is affordable housing equals trashy people.— September 12, 2019 10:22 a.m.
