Rainwater Three to Four Feet High in Logan Heights
it's really not that much rain. I think, at lindbergh field, it's only been about an inch of water... the flooding happens cause the rain can't be soaked up by the ground fast enough and it has no where to go but the streets.— December 22, 2010 8:18 a.m.
None
i think the Reader site has it out against already formatted entries that are copy/pasted into a blog entry... it happens to others. just type in the poem again and then format it w the Reader's tools.— December 21, 2010 2:19 p.m.

City Rakes Seed Money from Community Gardens
I'd say, if the fruit overhangs into public property, it's there for the taking, as well as if it drops into public land... it's along the same idea of a tree overhanging into a neighbor's yard and the neighbor pruning the tree. if you want the tree untouched, you might want to make sure it doesn't bother/entice anyone else. and as for people helping themselves by overreaching, i'm more apt to lean towards the belief that people don't take what's not theirs. i tend to believe the best in people will come out when given a chance to proof themselves.— December 17, 2010 9:44 a.m.
San Diego schools, parks, safety suffer to pay for the Chargers
I thinks fans are in denial that the Chargers might actually move... I wonder how many of the fanatics would still root for the Chargers though?— December 16, 2010 9:39 a.m.
City Rakes Seed Money from Community Gardens
okay, so maybe not a season. Maybe a year... IDK, i'm born and raised in sd, i know next to nothing about growing.— December 13, 2010 9:54 a.m.
City Rakes Seed Money from Community Gardens
if it's really a community garden, then people would be able to walk there. Take the family, make them all carry the produce home.— December 13, 2010 9:54 a.m.
Loose Dog at the Airport
I keep seeing stray dogs everywhere as I drive. And when I stop to get the dog, it disappears.— December 13, 2010 8:11 a.m.
City Rakes Seed Money from Community Gardens
simple solution, founder: charge a small fee for maintenance of the garden. if someone doesn't pay, then they can't use it. as far as for how long, i'd say no longer than one harvest/season (?) and then the land is cyclced back to another family.— December 10, 2010 9:18 a.m.
Those Who Work In Bong Shops Should Not Cast Stones 1
i've heard that most americans are a paycheck or two away from being homeless... oh and not that my opinion will change your mind, but i'd say, tell your friends what you actually think/thought about the sticker. if they really mind that much about different views, then they're arent the best of friends.— December 3, 2010 4:47 p.m.
