And now we all know this lawyer's name and the name of his shyster law firm. Free publicity.— August 21, 2017 12:58 p.m.
Little Flower's nuns stymied by La Mesa city council
I don't know, jnorjr. I suspect they just didn't have what it takes to really run such a facility, and just let it go for many years. Little Flower's nuns stymied by La Mesa city council

The "plan" was to continue some mix of retail/residential. Why do we have a plan for the community if only individual homeowners need to abide by it, and anyone coming in with a development will go ahead and get a pass on the requirements?— August 16, 2017 5:34 a.m.
Little Flower's nuns stymied by La Mesa city council
My thoughts, too, Visduh. These nuns have basically taken two care facilities and run them into the ground. We have a Council representative chiding people for being concerned about what happens in their neighborhood against their wishes.— August 15, 2017 11:36 a.m.
Little Flower's nuns stymied by La Mesa city council
So, I take it your post is saying you did not actually attend the meeting? And it is difficult to read your post. Do you review before posting? Is this just additional information?— August 15, 2017 11:33 a.m.
Little Flower's nuns stymied by La Mesa city council
Liz, were you actually at this meeting? this reads like a string of notes taken by someone who wasn't really paying attention.— August 14, 2017 1:02 p.m.
San Diego cop worried she might have miscarriage, blamed for late notice

Homeless friend dies next to Auto Park Way
What kind of nonsense is this? "Online sources claim that once workers are over forty, their employment rate is basically zero."— July 27, 2017 3:32 p.m.
Civic San Diego employee says agency is ripe for corruption
"Ripe for Corruption?" Wasn't that the real reason behind setting it up?— June 30, 2017 9:08 p.m.
Morris Cerullo gets nod for Bible resort in Mission Valley
I'll never stop shaking my head at how this guy has managed to stay out of jail all these years.— June 30, 2017 7:31 a.m.
