Tundra # 15
I like stories in which the brunettes rock the hardest! We need more of them! ;)— April 26, 2010 12:18 a.m.
Just Tell Me What You Want
Alas, SurfPuppy, your taste in actresses is lightyears behind mine ;)— April 26, 2010 12:08 a.m.
Wake Up, Speak Up
You guys work too hard! Me, I think it was 'high time' for a little injection of the 'ridiculous!' re: #302: "Maybe Pacific Beach should be renamed Alcotopia. Or Alcodelphia." Russl moved that we rename Kate Sessions Park. After all, the lady is clearly not concerned with it, as she is 'still' puttering around doing some gardening with succulents down at the West end of Balboa park. By putting in a few serious days of argument, we've managed to stay on the alcotopic, but just think of all we've saved (up) on bad puns here in Alcodelphia, folk! ;)— April 25, 2010 9:01 p.m.
Just Tell Me What You Want
Yeah, at full tilt in "Secretary." See it--principles are very cute and authentic, as well as darkly funny, with, as you mention, just the right shot of creepiness ;)— April 25, 2010 2:51 p.m.
Wake Up, Speak Up
You know Grasca, you have just read my mind! I was just wishing I had not used that phrase ;)— April 25, 2010 2:36 p.m.
Wake Up, Speak Up
Beyond preferring to be able to have champagne at my picnics, like the responsible adult I am, I have no stake in this issue, Barfin, and am reading mainly for my own edification, as local issues are rarely hammered out in such discursive detail. As for the writer @2, he is in it for the much bigger picture, his dog in the fight being what he sees as dishonest govt. and overlegislation at all levels. Further than that, I may not speak for him, or any other poster here, EXCEPT to say how awfully fun it is fun when people create other personalities and throw them in as defense, then deny doing it. There is another poster on this site, who, when she does it, is so transparent that people are usually able to call her out on it by just the second pseudonomous attempt :)— April 25, 2010 2:35 p.m.
To All U Kids Out There in Grown Up Clothing
Awesome! Can't wait to hear about and see drawings of your Pippi! Reminds me of a Siamese we had growing up--from dignity to adventuresome nature :)— April 25, 2010 1:02 p.m.
Wake Up, Speak Up
re: #288: SurfPuppy, your sock puppet accounts have their own sock puppet accounts. :)— April 25, 2010 12:56 p.m.
Just Tell Me What You Want
Please, SurfP, take the time, and don't sound like you are strangling: "Depardieu." He is an okay actor, the French would call him "great." Andie's great at portraying the one character she does--in all of the films mentioned-- in the casual sense of the word "great" She did have a good sick/strange tension with James Spader in Sex, Lies, and Vid., though everyone HAS to know that the best sexual tension with James Spader--ever--is--with Maggie Gyllenhaal ;) http://www.metacafe.com/watch/4213246/secretary_m…— April 25, 2010 10:57 a.m.
Wake Up, Speak Up
I have no dog in this fight, but it does seem obvious, as I pointed out much earlier, that Freedom writes in Carolyn Matteo's prose.— April 25, 2010 10:39 a.m.
