Yellow Deli Has a Baby Brother!

Been eating here for about a year--the best of 'finds' given it's in the middle of nowhere, tucked beneath huge shade trees on a quiet country lane. When I first arrived, I met a woman/member who was visiting the Vista clan from back east...we got to talking about how I came to know of 12Tribes from my Burlington, VT days eons ago, how I had a friend from the Island Pond community who ran a candle/soap shop downtown. Turns out she knew him--well! It was one of those interesting connects--they have a Friday/Sabbath event that's open to the public, good wholesome food and dancing under the stars. They also take on volunteer workers in the vain of WWOF, for those interested in learning more about their lifestyle as well as work exchange on their organic farms. Would have been nice, EdBed, had you included links to the deli's (http://www.twelvetribes.com/ , http://yellowdeli.com/) as well as to the Keys Creek Lavender Farm whose fields (unlike it's farm store and gift shop) are only open two months out of the year (Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 10-4pm in May and June and the first two weeks in July) and serve specialty reservation only teas. https://keyscreeklavenderfarm.com/

Ah, so not quite about that Switch that QP and I had discussed at one point. I can't even imagine not being able to cry--that too I suppose is a blessing AND a curse, Zman. None the less--lovely title and nicely written. Fiction won a place in this month's blog contest--did you notice? Perhaps one of your poems will win next months as you are the most prolific among all of us. Your poetry has changed some over the course of the last year (almost) that I've been reading it. Stylistically. Both good, so don't stop writing. Please.
