Build the Wall sign attracts Waterfront Park scuffle
Dan has a wife, a family and owns a home in San Diego. Fireman get a pretty good retirement. The life-threatening illness that he has may be the result of breathing so much toxic fumes as a fireman, trying to save people's lives, homes and other property.— July 13, 2018 5:56 p.m.
Build the Wall sign attracts Waterfront Park scuffle
Dan is not a member of a "hate group," but that is beside the point. Even members of hate groups have a right to be protected by the law. Even prominent attorneys, like Siminou, are not supposed to be ABOVE the law. The City prosecutor is sworn to uphold the law. Labelling your political opponents "haters", "Nazis" or "white supremacist" has become a popular way of marginalizing them and dehumanizing them. It devalues the meaning of these terms, when half the population can be gratuitously labelled "Nazis" and it justifies such attacks in the minds of leftist extremists. Mara Elliott campaigned on the promise to make the City Attorney's office LESS political. It seems she has just drastically ramped up the politics. Very sad. It seems that Mara Elliot and her staff may the real "haters". Here is some video of the incident. https://youtu.be/jtf6yBJnrJg— July 13, 2018 5:51 p.m.
Questions raised over police response to Chicano Park protests
They claim Chicano Park is the first part of Aztlan to be conquered.— March 24, 2018 1:59 p.m.
Questions raised over police response to Chicano Park protests
I'm sure some of the park supporters WERE carrying weapons. The police did not even check them. Yet, they are crying that they were treated unfairly. Give me a frigging break. The only reason that Chicano mob was organized against us was to threaten and intimidate us, merely because we wanted to fly an American flag in the middle of a publically-funded, supposedly American park. Talamantez is such a bald-faced liar and propagandist, just like the rest of the Chicano Park Steering Committee. There were non-whites on both sides, not that it's necessary to expect that your rights be respected. The police arrested a Mexican-American for carrying a taser on our side. The police also shoved a young Mexican-American woman on our side hard to the ground, because she tried to run through police line to try to retrieve some stuff they left behind. The black man who seriously injured a policeman was on the side side of the Park Supporters. There was also a black supremacist group, Sicarii, supporting this brown supremacist park.— March 24, 2018 1:56 p.m.
Five white men walk into Chicano Park...
We did not publicize this event. You can't provoke, if no one knows about it. The progressives were monitoring my private e-mail list and whipped up a lynch mob to meet us. So, in no way did we plan to have a provocative event. We just wanted them to leave us alone, so we could discuss the anti-American aspects of the murals. Up until the actual event, I had hopes they would actually do that. I told people beforehand that it was not a protest and not to wear political gear. Arthur Shaper wore a "build that wall" shirt. But one of the others had invited him. I asked him not to come, because I know he's an agitator and figured he would likely do that kind of thing, but he ignored me and came anyway. Certainly, after we started getting threatened, we thought, if they were going to act like fascists we wanted to capture that on video and publicize it. We didn't plan it that way, they did.— November 29, 2017 5:52 a.m.
Five white men walk into Chicano Park...
It's not about the congregating in their neighborhood, but the anti-Americanism on display in the park and driving out of any white people or patriots of other color, who are critical of it.— November 28, 2017 6:27 a.m.
Five white men walk into Chicano Park...
No, they would be up in arms about it, if 5 brown or black men for chased out of a park solely for to their critical opinions.— November 20, 2017 10:28 p.m.

Visiting a public park is now considered white privilege?— November 19, 2017 7:32 p.m.
