The Unbearable Lightness of Bee-ing
Thanks, Nan!! Important messages can materialize from the simplest things. Thank you for the book recommend. And Refried's as well. I need some enlightenment to take my mind off all these horrible campaign ads!!— October 22, 2010 11:22 a.m.

Gambling, sex, booze and food - I love San Diego! Sorry, church-lady, looks like you are seriously outnumbered ;)— October 21, 2010 10:56 a.m.
Not Quite Melrose Place
Just be careful Kimberly doesn't blow the place up!! I love your writing and your blog. Here's to hoping a hot Michael shows up and gives the place a little drama - and a hookup or two!— October 21, 2010 10:42 a.m.
A Chat About Lemon Grove Kid Dennis Hopper
I saw Paris Trout on HBO and was blown away. None of my friends or anyone I knew had watched the movie, so I had no one to discuss it with. I was really happy to see it included in your discussion. If anyone is a Hopper fan (or not) and has not watched this movie, do so and be prepared to be chilled to the bone. I have never forgotten this movie.— October 21, 2010 8:34 a.m.

Why didn't Jay Allen jump on this? I suggest you copyright it immediately.— October 21, 2010 8:16 a.m.
The Unbearable Lightness of Bee-ing

The Unbearable Lightness of Bee-ing
Thanks, anti. No one will read it, but it sits on my deck untouched and full of Clint Eastwood.— October 20, 2010 8:28 p.m.
San Diego’s pension fund expects to earn 7.75 percent a year
Oh, it's nice to have you back. Congrats on the snarf! Don, a snarf is a significant post mark on an author's thread. You have been awarded this designation multiple times, and I give you props where props are deserved.— October 20, 2010 7:26 p.m.

You had me at "lesbian menstrual midnight snack". Oh, for the love of god, why are you even reviewing these films? Damn it, now I have to rent it just for the sheer awfulness.— October 20, 2010 6:50 p.m.
