DeMaio may change his mind, run for mayor
lol. after reading the voiceofoc article, it seems like in san diego's juvenile prurient political world that anything stupid is possible. afterall, if a mayor can get caught being stupid doing slobbering headlocks and playing grab ass with female staff and constituents, then a council member getting caught realizing the full potential of his own member on public property is also possible. http://www.voiceofoc.org/politics/article_8dbf205… kind of hard to believe that being up on the city hall's council dias could get someone's jollies going with the need to rush out to the bathroom to take matters into his own hands. Allred wants council to nix deal with Filner
at the time, my guess when allred didn't return for the second day of mediation was that she saw that things would not go the way she would want. so she left it for the city and filner to work out how they would defend the sexual harrassment case where for their intertwined common related defense they had to get filner's resignation to move forward to limit the city's liability because the city was still going to pay something because filner was an employee of the city. allred wants to split filner apart from the city to make each side somewhat weaker and therefore somehow make it easier to play each side against each other and to squeeze each side more. filner would be financially straved and that may open him up to admit more in order to milk more money out of the city. a definite complete separation divide-and-conquer type of strategy. looks like that may not happen if the settlement calls for the city to pay some/all of filner's attorney fees and to pay some/all of any settlement money to mccormick-jackson. allred probably wants millions, but any offered settlement to allred may possibly be less. like maybe in six figures. filner may resign, but the sexual harassment case probably continues as a back page story in the local UT rag. (oh, speaking of the UT rag, remember how under old management how roger hedgecock previously had a whipping-boy status where any mention of him in the paper under old management was always tagging him with a boilerplate couple of sentences that always always always mentioned his conviction, and oftentimes seemed to forget to mention it being subsequently overturned, and how now roger has ocassional featured columns in the current UT under papa doug manchester's new management with roger's radio show transplated to the UT TV channel. well, now filner is taking the whipping boy status in the UT currently and probably for all time in the future under current management. times sure have changed.)— August 22, 2013 7:39 p.m.
Local courts full of Dianne York cases

Filner. Headlock. Cheek Slobber. Lizard Tongue. and now: GRAB ASS. Filner is definitely a very touchy-feely slobbering-in-your-face hand-on-your-ass tongue-in-your-mouth Strong Mayor when getting to know his female constituents. Kind of really too over friendly to say the least. Now you watch what happens with the next mayor when his picture is taken with people: You'll be seeing awkward pictures where the new mayor is standing off to the side by himself, away from the other people in the picture, with the new mayor's hands securely placed in his pockets, and mouth zipped shut, to prevent any headlocking, ass-grabbing, and lizard-tongue attacks. lol— August 21, 2013 8:29 p.m.
Filner, Goldsmith met today: reports
with this mediation session before a prestigous retired federal judge, now you can probably guess why filner cut his so-called therapy short by a week. he needed that "personal" week's time to prepare for this with his attorneys. this was probably set up during his first week in therapy, they saw they had to cut the therapy short and come up with the cover story that he really started therapy a week earlier (who really believes that!). (but personally myself still want to believe he's just an old fool who gave up in frustration after only a few days in therapy that he probably didn't really believe in at all.) you can see the time schedule built to allow things to happen like that council meeting towards the end of the month when goldie wants get the council to rubberstamp going forward with that section 108 proceeding. if there is no settlement (resignation) by that time, then more of the fireworks are going to be blasting off. this is one big legal & political dance where the ending seems certain imho with filner's resignation. the real question is how much pain is filner willing to accept (what will he still be on hook for) and how much is it going to co$t the city of san diego. filner is still probably going to hurt for being the filthy fool that he has been! haha. need more popcorn to munch on while watching filner slowly get hung by what's left of his grabby fingertips. lol— August 19, 2013 10:22 p.m.

due process is for matters in the legal arena of the courts and police matters. politics is necessarily not in the same arena. what is happening here is a bunch of political drama. in this particular arena of politics, the people have the right to shout down a fool. and in politics, the fool has the right to hide and ignore all the shouting. the political "due process" is how the public gets rid of the fool whom they don't like. the political "due process" is complete when either (1) the shouting stops and becomes mere mumblings with not much being changed, or (2) the fool is defeated by the shouting and finally cries "uncle" by resigning.— August 19, 2013 2:14 p.m.

REALLY REALLY LOVE THE WITCH HUNT. SO WHAT ABOUT ANY CONSPIRACIES. SO WHAT ABOUT ANY HIDDEN AGENDAS. JUST KEEP THE SNOWBALL ROLLING BIGGER AND BIGGER. HEADLOCK BOB IS GOING DOWN. IT'S JUST A MATTER OF TIME. THIS DIRTY OLD MAN WILL NEVER CHANGE. HE'S SEVENTY YEARS OLD. HE WON'T CHANGE. HE WAS PROBABLY HITTING ON THE NURSES WHILE HE WAS IN REHAB. HIS SO-CALLED TWO-WEEK THERAPY WAS MOST LIKELY CUT SHORT BECAUSE HE GOT FED UP, SAID HE WAS DONE BECAUSE HE PROBABLY NEVER BELIEVED IN THE THERAPY IN THE FIRST PLACE (HE'S PROBABLY JUST AS BAD AS LINDSAY LOHAN IN THERAPY). IF YOU'VE SEEN OLD PEOPLE IN HOSPITALS AND NURSING HOMES, YOU CAN SEE THIS AS WHAT REALLY HAPPENED WITH HEADLOCK BOB GETTING ALL FRUSTRATED AND UPSET, AND THEN INSISTING THAT HE WANTS TO GET OUT OF THE REHAB FACILITY. THEN HIS LAWYERS AND HIS TOP AIDES IN THE MAYOR'S OFFICE HAD TO CONJURE UP THE FAKE COVER STORY THAT HE REALLY STARTED THERAPY EARLY AND THEREFORE IT WAS REALLY TWO WEEKS AND NOT ONE WEEK. NAAH, HE WAS THERE FOR ONLY ONE WEEK, GOT FED UP, HIS TEMPER BLEW UP AS USUAL, AND DEMANDED TO BE RELEASED. Filner's accusers and their interesting connection to KPBS and the Port Commission
so what about the connections. this is san diego where people may have less than six degrees of separation. in other words, don't be surprised about connections. they either directly had, or the connections to, the power and the means to get the ball rolling (snowballing at this point) to show what Filner really is: a dirty old pervert who should have never became mayor. if anything, thank goodness that KPBS had the tv broadcast forum to give a good amount of time to the women who had the guts to go public and talk about what was inflected on them by that dirty old man, Filthy Filner aka Headlock Bob, who should have never have become mayor of the City of San Diego.— August 11, 2013 9:27 a.m.
