**Sewer-Rate Hearing Update:** City Council agendas (http://www.cityoflamesa.com/archive.aspx?AMID=30&…) are posted online the Friday before the Tuesday meeting. As I wrote on May 9, the council will not raise rates if a majority of property owners protest in writing by the close of the May 14 hearing that starts at 7 p.m. The city would need to receive 6,541 protest letters to meet the majority requirement, according to a report in the agenda packet. City Manager David Witt wrote that the city had received 31protest letters at the time the report was prepared.

I know from time to time LMPD patrols for distracted drivers; they watch for people texting or using cell phones. I think your car is cool, especially the front doors. What kind is it?— May 25, 2013 6:09 p.m.

**Does anyone know how to unstick the "w" key on a Dell Inspiron 1501laptop?** You don't know how many "w" words there are until the key gets temperamental. It rarely works, sometimes does if I tap repeatedly or push down with a pencil (eraser end). System sometimes corrects, but doesn't add w to words like hen, eek, and ere. Before seeking professional help (tech-wise), I want to know options because maybe I can fix it. Been busy with assignments, and checked online briefly. I saw something about adding another keyboard to laptop (???) Plan to do more research this weekend & thought maybe the wise Reader Hollerers have a solution. Many thanks for help!
