Kick a Kid
I used to play "Kick the Witch" in high school. Kids these days are just imitating, never inventing. It's all the video games.— December 1, 2009 1:36 p.m.
A Relentless Tide of Nausea
As the San Diego representative of the Paris Review, let me be the first to say, "Adam, you're in the poetry edition." :)— December 1, 2009 12:37 a.m.
A Relentless Tide of Nausea
SD--I'm glad you approve, ackshully! Your erudite status carries much weight in my ramblings. AG--Thanks for the anecdote of the month there. Managing to "Ty" the Beanie Baby fad to a fledgling eBay is epically nineties-savvy of you )— November 30, 2009 8:04 p.m.
What Is This, a Disney Movie?
Ha! Adam is assaulted and battered by various creatures in the depths of a San Diego night. To quote the animated skunk, "zut alors!" Speaking of Pepe le Pew, I am astonished by the length, breadth, and depth of that wiki on Pepe. In a world where so many imporant topics (try looking up a California Burrito) have woefully short wikis, it's good to know that a mid-century animated skunk at least receives a good scholarly treatment.— November 29, 2009 10:59 p.m.
The predator is Time...
The Predator is hunting Jesse Ventura— November 29, 2009 10:28 p.m.
Seducing the Breakers and Sweet-Talking the Swell
Wicked wicked wicked wicked coooooooooooooool— November 29, 2009 7:41 p.m.
Seducing the Breakers and Sweet-Talking the Swell
Link resurrection performed. Holy crap I want one of those sugar glider suits!!!!!!!! Cool enough to be worth more than one bang (!) !— November 29, 2009 4:50 p.m.
Everything and Anything
I had a teacher in college whose Great Pyrenees dogs performed therapy for sick kids. Cra-cra in the extreme, these gigundous dogs doing their thing with little crumb snatchers. Makes sense though, to anyone who has every received any sort of fuzz therapy from a loved pet.— November 28, 2009 11:36 p.m.
