In SHORT:
Thorium is Borium...
Solar (of all flavors):
... Is faster to install,
... Costs less to install
... Is ready for 24/7 power
... Requires no decommissioning costs
... And has no Nuclear RISK...
Thorium is yet another Black Hole that has taken billions in R & D and is nowhere near ready for prime time, unlike Solar (of all flavors)... — May 12, 2013 11:41 a.m.

Conflicting predictions on summer sans San Onofre
It is just ridicules that Edison and SDG&E are trying to scare everyone about "brownouts" next Summer when in fact it is the shareholders of both Companies that should be the ones having "Brown Outs" if they get stuck repaying ratepayers the 1.5 Billion Dollars that have been already collected for these SCE defectively designed replacement steam generators! More here on why they should not be restarted: [http://decommission.sanonofre.com/2012/11/san-ono…] [1]: http://decommission.sanonofre.com/2012/11/san-ono…— May 8, 2013 4:06 p.m.
UCAN wants Shames's suit thrown out, amplifies answers
By laughing, I mean that just when UCAN could possible really "hurt" the Utilities bottom line in a big way, UCAN's Board is too busy fighting among themselves to focus on doing anything about how ratepayers being ripped off.— May 8, 2013 10:50 a.m.
UCAN wants Shames's suit thrown out, amplifies answers
SDG&E and Edison are laughing themselves silly, as San Diego's "watchdog" group continues to fail the public it represents! My solution is for the entire UCAN Board to resign and allow a new Board, chosen from public applicants to KICKSTART a new organization UUCAN, United Utility Action Network. Be Advised ==> While the current UCAN folks are bickering among themselves Edison and SDG&E are hard at work trying to get away with ripping off ratepayers for 1.5 BILLION DOLLARS, which makes no sense at all!— May 8, 2013 9:53 a.m.

Doug Manchester’s Grand Del Mar resort scoffs at permits
Money rules in $an Diego, especially now in these tough times when a little publicity goes a very long way! Add to the equation, that they also own the only newspaper in town plus they have lots of lawyers and you begin to see why they feel they are above the laws meant for others less fortunate than themselves. As far as the landing pad goes, why is San Diego so helicopter unfriendly? I'd like to see a landing pad at every freeway cloverleaf, so we could have a Helicopter Air Taxi Service.— May 1, 2013 3:36 p.m.
