Allegations of Police Brutality at Occupy San Diego

our first ammendment allows free speech and we are all allowed to speak and say what we want? Hmmm. So why do we have to be politically correct in the way we classify people we dont agree with? Why can we call a police officer a pig? Why cant we say fag? Sounds like we cant make up our minds? Today we have a first ammendment but where in the constitution does it say we cant use derrogatory terms? Where does it say Politically Correct. It doesnt! So now that we're all confused let me get to the point. The fact is that millions are being spent and the lunatic fringe cant see that they are the reason so much money is being spent. Is it just me? have the occupy protesters ever considered running a statewide petition sanctioned by the registrar of voters to bring their agenda to the voters? Flash mobs dont bring people to a cause. You want support? I'll be the first to sign any petition that brings issues to the voters. THINK! I've been to the General Assembly meetings in the plaza. Utter chaos. Really, whats the message? Whats the agenda? Consensus? C'mon man! That stunt they pulled at the port of entry. They said they were thee for the workers. The workers didnt care for anything but getting to work on time. Before attempting to help, maybe, I dont know,....find out if help is wanted? So as long as the occupation, marches, and civil disobedience continues, the bill will get larger. The release to the media regarding tents going back in the plaza was a success. The media was there, and the police showed up in force. I was there and it disgusted me to see the glee in most of the protester's eyes after they placed several tents that a Barbie wouldn't fit into! This warped sense of satisfaction left me speechless. And, higher goes the bill! Petitions people! Wake up.

Occupy San Diego Riders Raid Malls, Port

I lost a friend to this madness. Madness you say? Yes, MADNESS! I love this man dearly. Sure, He's got a rebellious streak in him that I always found somewhat endearing and somewhat self destructive. But he's a good man. He's also homeless due to a series of unfortunate occurences and decisions. He's held down a job, paid his child support etc. Yet the economy has kept him on the street. So when I reccomended that he switch "spots",( a homeless term for where they sleep) and go to Occupy, I never realised how poeple like him or worse, are being exploited by this movement. My friend has alot to offer this movement. An educated, articulate man is an asset anywhere, right? So in the beggining I was privy to a few things about this movement. The organisers are only there when there are cameras and at night to show support. (when its a slow news day and the cameras are about) And, if they are in the vicinity, that means that they're upstairs in the occupy offices that overlook the occupy plaza. I've heard them with their lofty goals, and general civil disobedience plans. Out of respect for my friend I cant divulge them but they are mostly like children in the schoolyard creating disruptions, attracting authorities, forcing said authorities to send resources to quell these assinine disturbances only to run away and start something someplace else. Of course the city has spent millions of dollars that could be spent elsewhere. They're babysitting you bunch of morons!
