No known witnesses yet in Jackson lawsuit, says Filner's lawyer
The all too clear implication being that I have a deep-seated hungar to act like a turkey, is that it? What, me paranoid? Why do you ask? Wait....what?— August 3, 2013 2:58 a.m.
Filner imbroglio is all about greed
No matter what verbiage is used, we know that the overlords will be cheering their "Deliverance".— August 2, 2013 8:15 a.m.
No known witnesses yet in Jackson lawsuit, says Filner's lawyer
Four comments: You started the mis-characterization (of Mr. Bauder) process. I detect a bit of professional envy on your part. I often wonder why some who disagree with any given website's perceived political slant display a near obsession to post on (and apparently attempt to) undermine that site. That being said, I actually appreciate your input. JS— August 2, 2013 8:02 a.m.
No known witnesses yet in Jackson lawsuit, says Filner's lawyer
If, as it appears, you judiciously pore over this site, you'd know that I post my given name quite often, most recently about 1 1/2 months ago. It's John Sweeney. Now what, chief?— August 2, 2013 12:20 a.m.
No known witnesses yet in Jackson lawsuit, says Filner's lawyer
"I don't think I've ever agreed with Mr. Bauder on anything, except maybe once when I accidentally took a tab of acid..." Dammit, Doting A, you're making it exceedingly difficult for me to honor my pledge to give you a pass. To think, the current record is two days. I'm embarrassed for you. As for your current swipe, the difference is that Don went on to achieve great things, while you're stuck on a bad trip.— August 1, 2013 8:53 p.m.
Filner did all the right things the wrong way
You are just being ridiculous now. If you can't see how sending photos of his privates to a person that he DIDN'T EVEN KNOW, and not anticipate that said photos just might turn up on the web for all to see (including children), then we have nothing further to discuss.— July 31, 2013 5:04 p.m.
Filner did all the right things the wrong way
Relatively new to San Diego politics, are you? Go back through 50 years of deceit, corruption, lies, misuse of public monies, bountiful fat-cat pocket-$tuffing, and so on ad nauseam, and you just might see why Mr. Bauder's concerns are indeed credible. On second thought, never mind. (This is in response to He's Just a Bill)— July 31, 2013 9:52 a.m.
Filner did all the right things the wrong way
Ladies and gents, logic has left the building.— July 30, 2013 11:29 p.m.
Filner did all the right things the wrong way
Not everyone - WEINER. That is the person we're discussing here, right?— July 30, 2013 11:16 p.m.
Filner did all the right things the wrong way
Yeah, I get that. Funny how "consensual" can suddenly morph into "nonsensical". My objections are these: that Weiner's actions were far more egregious than Filner's when the potential for serious harm is considered. Again, I'm referring to his sending any material like that over the all too easily compromisible internet. Who doesn't know someone these days who hasn't had a troublesome incident via the web? It strikes close to home for me. My second objection is that this behavior is considered "okay" when compared with Filner's. These guys both stink, and should be held accountable. But I still believe there's a lot more to be revealed in the San Diego version.— July 30, 2013 6:54 p.m.
