Live Oscars blog!
You obviously haven't resided in San Diego long enough.— March 2, 2016 9:16 a.m.
Live Oscars blog!
I did a bit of research on all of the various awards given by the California institutes for the Oscars. The San Francisco Critics chose "Spotlight" as the best film, as did the LA critics. And the Academy itself, of course. How astounding that the San Diego crew gave it 4 nominees only, no winners. Some things never change.— February 28, 2016 11:07 p.m.

Don-After a year of waiting for my provider to get the gmail problem resolved, I found another provider that works better for me. With my time growing short, it doesn't make sense for me to get a new phone. Can you tell me how to get in touch with the Reader administrators? I will want to keep the Duhbya and the cat avatar. The email is all caps, although I'm not sure that matters. It is [email protected] Thanks so much for indulging my incessant pestering. John— October 10, 2015 1:47 p.m.

Not certain, but that's what my Dad, Nike, and my Mom, Adidas, told me. Almost mythological, I admit. My brother, Bigfoot, got the worst of it, methinks. Double ya...— October 2, 2015 12:49 a.m.

AEG pulls out of L.A. stadium negotiations
Hi, Don...I think I might have jinxed you. Take your time and don't overdo it. Duhbya— March 10, 2015 8:05 p.m.
Holy Ram nation, Mr. Spanos
Thanks for the sentiment, Don. The truth is, I could be locked out again at any moment. The problem is entirely on my end. My provider is undergoing a huge makeover, and they're at the mercy of the company performing the task. As a result, I am unable to text or send/receive email. If I need to get a message to 919, I require assistance from photog Joe to relay it. I have thirteen years using my current email address, so I have opted to wait it out, rather than having to start from scratch and risk losing many of my occasional contacts. The timing stinks, to put it mildly. Thanks again. Be well. Duhbya— February 16, 2015 12:26 a.m.
