The Most Beautiful Squirrel in the World
Lovely post, Quilly. Would have been nice to see some pics posted with this post. AG has posted at least one video of a honey badger which I haven't watched as it has to do with a snake, or at least I deduced that from her comments. :) I agree, am bored with the Panda obsession, but apparently the tourists aren't, so the Zoo keeps milking those poor beasts for whatever money they can make off them. I think perhaps they call them giant pandas, as with the case of the porcupine, in relation to other, smaller, pandas. Have never been to the Wild Animal Park! :(— June 10, 2010 6:06 p.m.
The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring
"...and the Viggo Mortensen (wee, I spelled it right without checking first!) masturbation video appears at the Reader for the twentieth time this year ;)" LOLOLOLOL!!!!— June 10, 2010 4:51 p.m.
Bonus Blog: Suddenly I See The Greatness
Oh what a great idea, Daniels!!!! MsGrant, I want a teeshirt, too!!! You know, I realized after I posted that I keep refering to Peanut as a "he" instead of a "she," sorry about that brain glitch, Dr. Peanut, your correct gender is duly noted. :)— June 10, 2010 12:03 p.m.
Bonus Blog: Suddenly I See The Greatness
It's perfect, MsG! I never comment on the photos, but this one was mind-blowing, and when I consider I know the source, I couldn't help but pinch it for my personal collection, as well as start this thread about it. Had I known Dr. Peanut was the actual candidate I would have voted for his embodiment, no worries. Feel much better now knowing our country is in his paws.— June 9, 2010 10:13 p.m.
...all twisted up...
mentaltwist, glad to see that you are finally seeing that this would not end well. Yes, definitely do go to see your doctor, he can refer you to a counselor. Please take care of yourself.— June 9, 2010 10:42 a.m.

Paean to Jerry Dominelli
I'm thinking most of the Reader regulars have pretty high IQs. And I'm guessing our Don Bauder's is at least 160. :) Nan's is probably off the charts. ;)— June 4, 2010 8:36 a.m.
Recap of USDC Jury Service: $82.00 and 30 hours of no sleep.
Great read, RobbieBear! Sounds like you had a good time overall, something interesting to do, a nice comfortable place to do it in, and a little bit of moolah in the bargain. Not bad for a day's worth of civic duty. I salute you! :)— June 3, 2010 11:43 p.m.
