The UT is just another Los Angeles paper. The UT as with many news outlets only report on the happenings in San Diego like it is the only community around.— March 6, 2019 7:19 a.m.
Immigrant shelter near Imperial Beach draws videographers
Don't blame liberals for the wave of people wanting to enter the US (legal and illegal). Conservatives talk about immigration as being bad but in fact want it to continue. If one wanted to solve the immigration problem go after the employers who hire illegal's and enforce labor laws for the legal immigrant employees. Since slavery immigration has always been about cheap labor.— March 3, 2019 7:04 a.m.
Cars end up on Pacific and Mission Beach boardwalk
Placing physical barriers would require the City to use common sense.— March 3, 2019 6:58 a.m.
Secrecy cloaks SDSU's Mission Valley land deal
The cost of tearing down the old stadium far exceeds the cost of updating it. The stadium was built for the "long haul" and will cost millions to remove.— March 3, 2019 6:54 a.m.
Clairemont braces for density
Anyone who thinks that Clairemont isn't densely populated enough has not been there recently.— March 2, 2019 7:58 a.m.
Secrecy cloaks SDSU's Mission Valley land deal
One thing you can count on is that the City will come out on the butt end of the deal. They will be out negotiated at the table and the politicos will be well funded for their support.— March 2, 2019 7:53 a.m.
Stop Water Tax goes after Maienschein and Horvath
I'll bet slime ball DeMaio would not single out a legislator if he/she was a republican.— February 27, 2019 7:37 a.m.
Oceanside's Pour House owners have big plans for Firewater
That is because they are POST certified law enforcement officers.— February 27, 2019 7:35 a.m.
Fight Club: Las Pulgas
I wonder how many drunk and disorderly/DUI's have originated at the club. TJ nightlife should be more than booze and drunks.— February 25, 2019 7:08 a.m.
San Diego cops control streetlight spy video
More questions than answers. Maybe a followup article will be forthcoming.— February 25, 2019 7:06 a.m.
