Possibly worthy of the title "San Diego's Loudest Restaurant," Tokyo Sushi Loha whomps out with bassy EDM at volumes otherwise reserved for nightclubs. The new location has flash and sizzle for sure, with discotheque lighting equal to the blasting jams on the PA. In terms of food? Big "meh." Too-cold sushi and overdone rolls aren't quality worth driving for. 4-star Yelp rating aside, serious sushi fans stay away.
