Design savvy meets foodie mishmash in this corner shop in North Park, which specializes almost exclusively in fried chicken and donuts. The doughnuts are made with brioche dough dunked in rice bran oil (a healthier way to fry), flavored with just enough creativity to make choosing difficult. The chicken owes more to Korean tradition than American, including a double-fried option that adds a special crispness to the battered bird. Dipping sauces vary from spicy to tangy and/or sweet.
