A pair of brewers with experience at vaunted operations, Russian River Brewing Company and The Bruery, have pooled their passion and lessons learned about production of IPAs, Belgian-style beers, and sour ales to launch a three-prong attack that has positively rocked the San Diego scene. The tasting room is one of the largest in the county, is outfitted in a stylish farmhouse-meets-winery motif, and is watched over by a nimble, well-spoken bar staff that keeps things moving and jovial amid droves of devotees.
