Park Hyatt Aviara Resort
One of Southern California’s original grand dame resorts, anchoring the Aviara Golf Club, California’s only coastal signature Arnold Palmer designed golf course. Eateries include Ponto Lago (all-day dining option serves inventive Baja California cuisine with a local influence) and resort lounge Pacific Point, which serves a Pacific Rim-inspired menu with creative dishes like octopus poke, and Wagyu short rib, among others.
Park Hyatt Aviara reopened in 2020 following a $50 million dollar property-wide renovation that saw enhancements including a new signature restaurant in collaboration with San Diego-based celebrity chef, Richard Blais. Other changes include an elevated guestroom and suite product, new restaurant and bar concepts, and 83,000 square feet of upgraded meeting and event spaces. Guests will find a dramatic redesign to the resort’s striking lobby entrance, spacious public areas, and new pool offerings, including a family pool with waterslide.
