Negociant Winery

Négociant purchases grapes from independent vineyards (a common practice) and produces red wine on site (white wine are produced elsewhere). Fans can join the wine club, earning discounts on bottled wine, but the real gem of the place is being able to get into some above-average wine right on El Cajon Boulevard.
Also inside the building lives Grinds and Vines coffee shop, open at 8 a.m. to sell you lattes, and, if you want it, a sunrise glass of wine.
