Bagels are overnighted twice per week from one of Montreal's most celebrated bagel shops, St. Viateur, and served as bread in a litany of sandwiches. Poutines are richly dressed with gravy and cheese curds, and a number of toppings are available such as shredded pork, bacon, pastrami, and lobster.
