This bakery sells wild sourdough loaves and croissants multiple flavors, building off a base of quality ingredients, whether local and organic or premium and imported, such as Tahitian vanilla and French butter. Once bakingout of a photographer's studio, it now operates a large indoor/outdoor restaurant space overlooking a public park, serving a variety of creative (occasionally meaty) bread and bun flavors, coffee, and laminated dough pizzas.
