This specialty tea shop is awash in pink and green, the former courtesy of pastel paints and leatherette furniture, the latter to the shop’s signature drink. Behind the counter, bamboo whisks stir up a variety of matcha drinks, a caffeinated beverage made from fine green tea powder that’s traditionally made in Japanese tea ceremonies.
