Though Hess has taken over the suite next door, taking down the wall and increasing the size of its tasting bar, it still lacks a number of creature comforts. Crowds typically make for long lines that the venue is ill-equipped to handle in an efficient manner. Still, fans flock to the brewery’s birthplace, especially at the end of week during jovial Friday Afternoon Club rituals including mobile food vendors.
