A Jewish deli counter found in a small life sciences industrial park, designed by the Urban Kitchen Group, of Cucina Urbana fame. In addition to traditional Ashkenazi standards such as matzah ball soup, lox bagels, latkes, kugel, and brisket, the restaurant includes pan-Jewish traditions including those of Sephardim and the Jewish population of Rome. Thus, in addition to babkas, rugelach, macaroons, and an excellent Reuben sandwich, stand-outs include fried artichoke, shakshuka, and baklava.
