It’s apt that this small, tight-knit town’s first brewery be a quaint little operation built and run by two local brothers and their wives. The double mom-and-pop’s tasting room looks good thanks to owner and head brewer Chuck McLaughlin’s contracting experience and the family’s elbow grease. Black and white photos of Fallbrook and beers named after the community’s popular streets add to the aesthetic appeal at a well thought-out place that is already helping to add vitality to a sleepy hamlet.
