A retired couple have converted a characterless business park suite into a tasting room decked out with a Western motif that even includes the most unique beer flight servers in all of San Diego. Care for a six-shooter of brews? Throw in friendly service and slowly but surely improving beers and its a nice respite from larger, busier brewery sampling spaces.
